Description: This design was painted from a picture taken by my daughter Melissa Ruchong. The scene is Clam Beach, CA at sunset on New Years Eve 2006. This is crabbing season so at the horizon are little spots of light from the boats. Melissa captured the first star of the evening!

Description: This is oil on canvas of a beautiful sunset at Clam Beach on New Year's Eve 2006. At the horizon are tiny lights showing where the crab boats are fishing. I drew my inspiration from a photograph taken by my daughter Melissa.
